Veevi collects minimal information necessary to provide our service. This includes your WhatsApp phone number, Notion workspace integration tokens, and Stripe account identifiers.
Crucial Notice: When you send voice notes to Veevi via WhatsApp, the audio data is processed in real-time using secure transcription services (OpenAI Whisper). This audio data is used solely for the purpose of executing your commands (e.g., creating invoices or updating Notion tasks). We do not store your raw audio files on our servers. Once transcribed and processed, the audio data is immediately purged from our temporary processing buffer.
Your data is used to facilitate the connection between WhatsApp, Notion, and Stripe. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your integration tokens.
Data Sovereignty: Your data stays in your Notion Database, however, we may cache some of your data temporarily for faster processing in the application. This cache is used solely to improve response times and is regularly purged.
Veevi integrates with WhatsApp (Meta), Notion, and Stripe. Your use of these services is governed by their respective privacy policies.
